2. Return & Exchange Policy

• You may return products within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Returns will only be accepted if accompanied by the original invoice.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
• Refunds for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
• To request a cancellation, contact our customer support at support@buymycase.in.
• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the return process must be followed instead.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.

• Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
• Items purchased under clearance or sale are non-refundable.
